Today’s celebrity casual look is inspired by the Queen of cool; Cameron Diaz. Known for her love of surfing and chilling on the beach, Cameron is the woman who knows how to dress down, but still look amazingly gorgeous.

So how can you achieve Cameron’s style?

Firstly, for you to achieve a casual and cool look you need to be basic. This white tee (see right) from Esprit is great whenever you’re going to the beach, going shopping in those warm shopping centres or a casual Sunday roast with the in-laws. This tee is £7, so it won’t be leaving a hole in your pocket and can be worn for more than one occasion.

Skinny jeans are also an essential item for Cameron’s look, and it’s important to buy the right type for you. For the curvier woman, jeans from Miss Selfridge (see left), priced at £35 are perfect for your hips and thighs. I also think for the beach babe look, you should try for lighter shades of blue. For the slender woman, Topshop ‘Baxster’ jeans are perfect, priced at £40.

For the woman on the go, flat shoes are a must, so these flats (see right) from New Look, priced £15, are perfect. The clear gems will also add some glam to the beach babe look.

And finally, a cardigan is always needed, whether it’s to make a woman feel more secure or to just warm herself after a hot day at the beach or some hard shopping. This cardigan from River Island, priced £26, matches the silver shoes and compliments the plain white tee excellently.
